Delete your Foalio account
You can request deletion in Foalio or without installing the app.
From your account
- Sign in and open Account & team.
- Export any records you need. If you own a shared yard, transfer ownership to an active team member first.
- Select Request account deletion and type DELETE to confirm.
Your access is disabled immediately and the request enters the administrator queue. We aim to complete the verified request within 30 days and confirm completion by email.

Email hello@swearjarventures.com with the subject “Foalio account deletion”, your registered email and yard name. Send it from the registered address if possible. Do not send your password. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
What is removed
Deletion removes or anonymises your personal profile, sign-in sessions, memberships, customer notes and the records, photos and billing reviews of yards solely owned by your account. For email accounts, the authentication identity is also deleted. Shared records owned by another yard remain with that yard. Limited records may be retained where required for legal obligations or disputes. ChatGPT accounts themselves are managed separately by ChatGPT.
